Recipe inspired by almonds
time to make almond milk
makes 200 g (7 oz) of pulp
ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) whole almonds
 - 1 l (4 1/2 cups) water
 
Make almond milk. Save the pulp.
notes
- it tastes plain but pleasant; almost smooth;
 - I don't keep the pulp for more than 2 days in the fridge;
 - it's OK to freeze it.
