That almond pulp - new ingredient in my kitchen

Next thing I have to find out is how to use coffee grounds in a coffee cake :).

Recipe inspired by almonds
time to make almond milk
makes 200 g (7 oz) of pulp

  • 200 g (7 oz) whole almonds
  • 1 l (4 1/2 cups) water
Make almond milk. Save the pulp.

  • it tastes plain but pleasant; almost smooth;
  • I don't keep the pulp for more than 2 days in the fridge;
  • it's OK to freeze it.
